Design Tips
Think inside the box... design your package around the items you are putting in it. We'll help you with the size!
Be one sided... make sure the paper you choose is coated on one side only.
Keep us covered... bleed your art at least one half inch beyond the finished trim size of the wrap.
Be magnetic... there are certain design limitations associated with magnetic closures, we can guide you through them!
Lighten up... heavier board and paper does not necessarily make a stronger package, let us help you make the best selection.
Keep your coat on... Coatings can greatly improve the durability and appearance of your package, we'll recommend the best one for your application.
Don't crack up... printing large areas of dark colors on white substrates usually results in cracking of the color at folds and cuts.
Don't come unglued... make sure the coating you choose is compatible with our adhesives.
Clear it up... Clear plastic lids are available for better product visibility or extra protection within the package.
It's not all black and white... We can line the inside of your package with virtually any color paper.
Shine on... we can foil stamp your art in a wide variety of bright, matte, metallic, solid color and even holographic foils.
All thumbs... We can cut any shape thumb notch to facilitate cover and/or product removal.
To die for... We can die cut virtually any shape opening in your package for a dramatic view of the contents.
On the soapbox... Platforms can greatly improve your product visibility and also provide superior protection for fragile items.
When considering the cost of your packaging don't forget to include the joy filled hours spent bending, tucking and folding. Rigid boxes require no assembly.
Foil lined board on the interior of the box greatly reduces the permeability of fluids such as oils.
